ABOUT
SwiftBird Aerospace is a Polish startup focused on the development of compact inertial navigation systems (INS) for aerospace applications. Our devices are engineered to function in harsh environments while consistently delivering high quality inertial data. They facilitate orientation tracking and positioning without reliance on external information, thereby significantly enhancing a vehicle’s resilience in situations where external navigation is degraded or unavailable.
The technology was originally developed for sounding rocket applications; however, thanks to its modular architecture, we have broadened our offerings to include two additional variants for the satellite and drone markets.
A fundamental aspect of our approach is a unified device “core”, which is the computational and algorithmic architecture that we can tailor to specific mission needs by selecting the type and quantity of sensors used in the system.
This enables us to precisely align the product with the customer’s priorities, whether by enhancing accuracy or optimizing cost.
In practice, this means we can provide various levels of precision while maintaining an optimal cost-to-performance ratio.
