About the company
WiRan is a specialised design office that has been developing innovative electronic devices and high‑reliability radio communication systems for over 20 years. Since 2016, the company has been intensively advancing technologies dedicated to the space sector, working with the European Space Agency and delivering its own mature radio components. We place particular focus on solutions for both CubeSats and larger satellite platforms.
Our space products, including antennas, diplexers, and power dividers operating in the L, S, and
X bands, have achieved the highest Technology Readiness Level, TRL 9 (“flight proven”). They are deployed in numerous satellite missions, demonstrating their reliability and readiness for orbital applications. As a result, WiRan is one of the few Polish enterprises offering comprehensive hardware solutions for the space industry, combining advanced RF expertise with hands‑on experience in the design, testing, and certification of components.
Beyond the space sector, WiRan carries out projects for defence, maritime, and railway industries, as well as for Industry 4.0 and smart city applications. The company provides a comprehensive range of R&D services (R&DaaS), electromagnetic compatibility testing in the WiRan ELAB laboratory, and access to the WiRan ISO 7 Clean Room facility.
As a member of the Polish Space Industry Association, WiRan actively supports the development of Poland’s national space sector by delivering innovative, proven solutions that strengthen the country’s competitiveness in the global space market.

As a direct manufacturer and supplier of satellite components and highly specialised electronics, WiRan offers initial guidance free of charge in the following areas:
- Selection of flight-proven radio components (TRL 9), including antennas, diplexers and power dividers, tailored to specific CubeSat and larger satellite missions;
- Definition of system architectures and technical specifications for dedicated, highly specialised space and industrial electronics;
- Preliminary project scoping and guidance on industry standards, including ESA requirements, for custom hardware development.

- Space & Custom Hardware R&D – full-cycle design, manufacturing and supply of dedicated satellite components and highly specialised electronic devices;

- Advanced Engineering Advisory – in-depth feasibility studies, custom RF system design and technological consulting for aerospace, defence, maritime and other high-reliability sectors.
