PPNT Gdynia (Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia) is the largest science and technology park in Poland, with more than 20 years of experience in delivering incubation and innovation support programmes for startups and technology-driven companies. The Park provides a comprehensive ecosystem for the development of innovative enterprises, combining modern infrastructure, expert mentoring, access to research facilities, networking opportunities, intellectual property advisory, and internationalisation support.
Located across two sites in Gdynia and offering over 60,000 m² of office, laboratory, prototyping and conference space, PPNT Gdynia hosts more than 260 innovative companies and supports around 2,000 highly skilled jobs. The Park specialises in ICT, engineering and robotics, biotechnology, environmental protection, and creative industries, with strategic focus areas related to #DIGITAL and #GREEN transformation.
PPNT Gdynia’s incubation programmes are designed for early-stage innovative companies and startups, providing tailored support that includes mentoring, business development, access to specialist laboratories and prototyping workshops, IT infrastructure, promotional support, and integration into a broad innovation ecosystem. A key element of the Park’s offer is its Intellectual Property and Patent Information support, including patent searches and monitoring, IP audits, and advisory services related to the protection of inventions, industrial designs, and trademarks. This enables startups to effectively secure and commercialise their innovations in competitive international markets.
Internationalisation is another important pillar of PPNT Gdynia’s activities. The Park actively supports companies in entering foreign markets through participation in international trade fairs, business missions, matchmaking events, and export-oriented programmes. Between 2017 and 2025, PPNT Gdynia coordinated participation in more than 40 international fairs and missions, helping startups build global partnerships and expand internationally. The Park also cooperates with numerous international innovation organisations, accelerators, and technology hubs across Europe.
