How to submit your application:
📌Send all documents in electronic form pdf.

📌Subject the email “ESA BIC Poland Open Call”
☛ What do you have to submit❔
✔️Cover Letter including Requirement Checklists signed by either the majority shareholder or by shareholders with a combined ownership in excess of 50%. The signatures must be handwriting or the trusted qualified signature (not the ePUAP signature)
✔️Chamber of Commerce Registration Form, or equivalent, if available
✔️Incubation Proposal
✔️Business Plan
✔️Digital copies of ID/passport/work permit etc. in a separate file together with your application (ESA BIC Poland will verify the identity of applicants, the copies will be deleted at least after successful TEB)
❕❕❕Please be informed that due to the requirements related to SME status, de minimis aid, and fulfilment of the Polish Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism, you will be asked to fill out and provide additional forms directly after successfully passing the TOB.
