The ESA BIC Poland Demo Day 2025 marks the second edition of an event that is steadily strengthening its role as a platform for presenting and discovering innovative Polish space-related projects. The ESA BIC Poland Demo Day is organised by the Polish Space Agency (POLSA), thanks to its strong commitment to supporting space innovation in Poland, with the valuable support of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP). Their involvement enables us to continue strengthening connections across the Polish space innovation ecosystem.
This year’s meeting will once again bring together ESA BIC Poland startups, programme partners, representatives of the space industry, and investors interested in supporting high-potential technologies.
Event Plan
At the heart of the event will be short pitches from ESA BIC Poland startups, each developing solutions with the potential to make a real impact on the future of the space sector. During the pitching session, teams will present their current progress as well as their plans for commercialisation and scaling. Participants will also have the opportunity to join matchmaking sessions, offering direct and focused conversations with startups about investment needs, development plans and possible collaboration opportunities.
The programme will be complemented by additional elements, including a presentation from the Polish Space Agency (POLSA), an overview of the opportunities and engagement of the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) in the space sector, and a presentation of the ESA ACCESS support offer. The event will conclude with networking, creating a friendly setting for informal discussions with partners, industry experts and investors — a valuable opportunity to build relationships that may lead to future cooperation and new initiatives within the Polish space ecosystem.
