JWP offers free legal and intellectual property support to start-ups participating in the ESA BIC Poland incubation programme. Support includes guidance on patent, trademark and design protection, IP strategy development, freedom-to-operate considerations, commercialisation of innovations, and other IP-related legal matters. Start-ups may receive up to 10 hours of expert legal mentoring free of charge.

Beyond the free mentoring hours provided within ESA BIC Poland, JWP offers paid intellectual property services tailored to start-up growth, including patent and trademark filings, international IP protection, patent landscape and freedom-to-operate analyses, IP audits, commercialisation strategies, licensing agreements, investor due diligence support, and ongoing IP portfolio management.
