About the company
Pomerania Development Agency Co. (established in 1992) sets standards for supporting entrepreneurship in Pomerania, and is a major partner to the local authorities in fuelling regional development.
The Agency implements the EU Funds for businesses and institutions enhancing entrepreneurship, and carries through projects of essential significance for Pomerania. Let us but mention management of the Capital Fund investing in innovative business ideas, running of the Investors’ Care Service responsible for economic promotion of the region and direct foreign investments, or provision of information, consulting, and training services for the SME sector.
The Agency also runs European projects of local, national and international significance. The high quality of the services available from ARP is testified to by the following certificates: ISO 9001, KSU, Ministry of Economy, and others.
Our aims:
- International and interregional cooperation;
- Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises;

Activities:
- Coordination of the Invest in Pomerania 2030 initiative, supporting foreign investment attraction and regional economic promotion, including SME grants, market analysis, and labour market support;
- Support for SME internationalization through the Pomeranian Export Broker 2030, offering grants, advisory services, trade fair participation, business missions, and access to international contacts;
- SME competitiveness support under SPEKTRUM 2.0, including advisory services, one-stop-shop consultations, and grants for services in digitalization, innovation, marketing, and internationalization;
- Access to EU funding for R&D projects;
- Digital transformation via the Pomeranian Digital Innovation Hub;
- Co-financing of upskilling under the WEKTOR project;
- Management of the PDA Capital Fund.

Free Support:
- Support in creating business analyses (including market analyses), business plans, and developing company strategies.
- Support in preparing startups for investor acquisition (including preparation of pitch decks, presentations), negotiating the terms of term sheets, investment agreements, and company agreements.

- Business Advisory – support in growth strategies, feasibility studies, and decision-making analyses.
- Financial & Transaction Advisory – financial modelling, valuations, and support for investments and transactions.
