Notice to future applicants to ESA BIC Poland!
Changes to ESA BIC Poland Open Call Documents!
The introduced changes will apply to the ongoing call, for which the deadline is October 23. Only applications submitted on the new templates (Issue D) will be accepted for evaluation.
THE MOST IMPORTANT CHANGES include:
➡️ A new ESA BIC Application Form is introduced, replacing the previously required Cover Letter and Requirements Checklist, Business Plan, and Incubation Proposal. New Application Form is shorter, easier to complete and replaces the three separate files previously required.
➡️ A minor change was made to the Open Call invitation document, adding information about the number of startups that will be selected at the next evaluation.
➡️ A minor changes were introduced to the Incubation Contract, in particular: specifying a list of ineligible costs, and referencing the application documentation and recruitment requirements.
Remember to consult your idea/application with our team before submitting. We are at your disposal. The general conditions for participation in the incubation program have not changed, we encourage you to read the documentation and apply!
Please note that due to the changes, the Application Document in the Apply tab has been updated. From now on, applications submitted on document templates Issue C will not be accepted.
